Naboyi Bureau de Change Limited is a financial services company licensed and authorised by the Central Bank of Nigeria to deal in the purchase and sale of foreign currencies. By statutory definition, our services are geared towards meeting the modest foreign exchange needs of the international traveller.
This business concept is based on the experience of an international Oil & Gas executive who has seen a bit of the world and therefore conversant with the cash need of the world traveller.
We deal in the national currency the Naira, and all major world convertible currencies – the US dollar, the British Pound Sterling, the Euro ,the FCFA and the Japanese Yen.

Mr Banji OGUNGBEMI
Executive Chairman
Holds a BSc degree in Finance from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the University of Ibadan. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). Has international experience of over 36 years in the Oil & Gas industry in Shell Petroleum Companies in 7 countries in Africa and Europe. Had visited well over 50 countries on downstream business segment of the industry.
Mrs Emily Bosede OGUNGBEMI
Treasury Manager
A member of the Board of Directors and the company’s Treasury Manager A teacher by training, she holds the Nigerian Certificate in Education from the Tai Solarin University of Education (Ijebu Ode). Worked briefly in the United Bank for Africa before the itinerant nature of the job of the head of the family took her to other countries. A mother and home-maker, Mrs Ogungbemi has travelled extensively visiting all the continents and therefore very familiar with the basic forex need of the international traveller.
Mr Oluwaseun OGUNGBEMI
Operations Manager
Seun left Nigeria at a tender age and had his OL and AL at St Georges College in Weybridge Surrey in the UK. He holds the BSc degree in Business Studies of the Ashesi University Ghana and an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School of the Pan Atlantic University. Before coming to manage the Operations of Naboyi BdC he had worked in Tiberon Limited a front-end IT company in the U K before returning to Nigeria for his NYSC after which he studied for his Masters. Seun had work and living experiences in The Gambia, Senegal, Cameroon, The UK, Ghana and the Republic of Benin. He is the Operations Manager and a member of the Board of Directors of the company.
Mr Ayodeji AJIBADE
Compliance Officer
Mr Ayodeji AJIBADE holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science degrees in Clinical Psychology both from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife. He is the Compliance Officer and a member of Management of Naboyi BDC Ltd.
